For importers, sourcing agents and buyers
Stop staying up for factory calls.
Send your supplier a checklist link before bed. They record video, take photos and upload documents from their phone, in their language, with no app to install. You wake up to organized, time-stamped evidence for every order.
Works from any chat app · English, 中文, Español, Tiếng Việt, 한국어 · No app needed
Try it: one order, start to finish

Message to Vera
Hi Vera, Dana from Acme Imports sent you a request: T-1042 Pre-shipment check, PO-4471
verisling.com/t/k7Qm…
How it works
- 01
List what you need to see
Photos, a video, files like the invoice or packing list, a yes or no, a number. Or start from a template: pre-production, during production, pre-shipment, container loading.
- 02
Send the link
Paste it into the chat you already use with them, or send a QR code. Your contact needs no app and no account, and the page is in their language.
- 03
Review in the morning
Approve it, or ask for specific steps again with a note. Every submission is kept as a verified record you can share.
Everything in one place, instead of chat and spreadsheets
Organized by order and partner
Every photo, video and file sits with its order, supplier and step: no more digging through chat threads and spreadsheets.
Files, not just photos
Ask for invoices, packing lists, shipping labels and certificates. They arrive with their original names, out of your inbox.
Evidence you can check
Capture time, whether it was recorded in the page or uploaded, and a fingerprint that shows if a file was changed later.
Revisions without the back-and-forth
Flag just the steps that need redoing, with a note on each. Your contact gets a link for only those.
Questions from the factory floor
“I can’t film inside the container.” Contacts can ask about a request, and it lands in your Inbox.
Your brand on every request
Your name, logo and colors on the page your contacts see. Built for sourcing agents, too.
Who it’s for
Importers and brands
Check production and shipments with suppliers overseas, and keep the record when something goes wrong.
Sourcing agents
Collect proof from many factories for many clients, and send it on under your own brand.
Buyers and trading teams
Gather labels, documents and confirmations from everyone in the chain, in one place.
Questions
Do my suppliers need to install an app or create an account?
No. You send them a link or QR code in whatever chat app or email you already use with them. It opens a page on their phone where they record video, take photos, upload files and answer questions. There is nothing to install and no password.
What languages does the request page support?
English, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Vietnamese and Korean. The page follows the language you set for the contact, or their phone’s language, and they can switch at any time. The message you send them is written in their language too.
Does it work with factories in China?
Links open from the chat apps used in China, and if an app’s built-in browser blocks the camera, the page shows how to open it in the phone’s browser. Uploads resume where they left off after a dropped connection, so a weak factory Wi-Fi doesn’t mean starting over.
Can I ask for documents like invoices, packing lists or shipping labels?
Yes. A step can ask for files: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, text or images. They’re kept with the order under their original names, instead of in someone’s email.
How do I know the photos and videos are recent and real?
Every file shows when it was captured, whether it was recorded in the page or uploaded from the phone, and a SHA-256 fingerprint so any later change can be detected. You can also ask for shots that prove it’s your order, like the carton label with today’s date and your PO number.
Can this replace third-party inspections?
For repeat orders with suppliers you trust, it can stand in for booking an inspector. For new suppliers or high-value orders, use it alongside an independent inspection: Verisling organizes what your supplier shows you; it isn’t a certified inspection.
